1. Limited to one referral credit per household
2. Referral must keep services for a minimum of 90 days
3. Blue plan customers will receive a $25 credit
4. Gold plan customers will receive a $50 credit
5. Platinum plan customers will receive a $50 credit
6. Credit will be applied within 3-4 billing cycles
7. PSJA households will receive 4 tickets to the Pharr Aquatic Center
