    Requests must be submitted a minimum of 30 calendar days in advance of the event
  • Please note requests must be submitted a minimum of 30 calendar days in advance of the event.

    Set up and tear down must be done between Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

  • Supporting Documents
    Please note that any resource support being requested must be accompanied by a formal letter on organization letterhead, signed by a Superintendent, City Manager, Pastor, Executive Director, or Authorized Representative.

    The letter should include:

    • Event name
    • Date, time, and location of event
    • Items being requested

    Please Note: All requests are subject to item availability. City of Pharr events will have priority. Please allow ample time for approval.
