The City of Pharr City Ordinance Sec 50-28 requires all alarms within the City of Pharr to be registered and have a permit. Please fill out the form below to register your alarm. A copy of the city ordinance and an invoice/payment request will be mailed to you after completion. A new alarm permit costs $20.00, and renewing it each year costs $15.00. These fees are waived for resident owners 65 years or older and/or disabled Veterans (100%). If payment is more than 30 days late, there is a $50.00 late fee. False alarm fees: 4-5 false alarms: $50.00 each; 6-7 false alarms: $75.00 each; 8 or more false alarms: $100.00 each.
