The Holi Pharr Festival of Colors is committed to featuring a diverse selection of handcrafted goods, & locally sourced products. All artesian market vendor  applications will be subject for approval by The Greater Pharr Chamber of Commerce. Application does not guarantee spot or selection for the event. Once The Greater Pharr Chamber of Commerce reviews and chooses what market vendors will participate, they will then contact you for further details to complete the registration process.

Payment is subject to GPCC vendor approval.

Vendor Fees & Required Documentation

Artesian Market Vendor

$50.00

*Subject to a $3.50 additional fee added to total.

 

Amenities provided to artesian market vendors are as follows:
1) One 8’ (eight) foot table
2) Two (2) folding chairs

Market vendors MUST supply their own tent. Tent size must be 10x10, no bigger. Every market vendor spot has been measured accordingly for the event.

Tents should be anchored and secured appropriately into the ground. (Ground will be parklike grass style)

Market vendors may bring extra tables, permitted as long as they are under the tent.

Market vendors may display business signage and flag banners.

Shelving is allowed and must be properly secured & anchored to the ground.

We do not permit the sale of firearms, knives, laser pointers, lighters, tasers.

Vendors can only sell what was registered for upon registration and approved.

No political banners, posters, etc. are allowed to be displayed.

GPCC and the City of Pharr are not liable for lost, broken, or stolen items, as well as minor or major injuries.
