General Information
- CHECK IN STARTS PROMPTLY AT 12:30 PM AT THE ALLEN & WILLIAM ARNOLD PARK (615 W Eldora Rd, Pharr, TX 78577). ALL CAPTAINS MUST ATTEND. TEAMS WILL RECEIVE THEIR TASKS LIST EXACTLY AT 1:00 PM DON’T BE LATE!
- THE HUNT IS ON! THE OBJECT OF THE GAME IS TO SOLVE ALL THE RIDDLES AND COLLECT AS MANY GOLDEN EGGS AS POSSIBLE IN TWO HOURS. A TOTAL OF 10 BUSINESSES IN THE CITY OF PHARR ARE PARTICIPATING
- ADDITIONAL CLUES WILL BE POSTED ON SOCIAL MEDIA (Official City of Pharr accounts only).
- YOUR TEAM NEEDS TO STAY TOGETHER AT ALL TIMES. YOU MAY NOT SPLIT UP OR DIVIDE INTO PARTS.
- ALL ITEMS MUST BE TURNED IN AT THE LAST LOCATION BY NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM.
- MONITARY PRIZES WILL BE AWARDED TO THE TOP 3 TEAMS BASED ON COMPLETION TIME.
- CASH PRIZES TO 1ST, 2ND, AND 3RD PLACE FINISHERS.
- ONLY 1 VEHICLE PER TEAM. ONLY TEAMS OF 3 MAXIMUM ARE PERMITTED
- ALL TEAM MEMBERS NEED TO SIGN LIABILITY DISCLOSURES AHEAD OF TIME, AND IF THE MEMBER IS UNDER 18, PARENT WILL NEED TO SIGN FORM.
- CAPTAIN MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PARTICIAPTE.

Waiver and Release Form

I, parent, adult participant, or guardian of the above named, fully understand that participating in the Pharr Scavenger Hunt activities hosted by the City of Pharr may result in serious injury or illness. Although I fully acknowledge those risks, I desire to participate without regard to consequences. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless the City of Pharr, any and all sponsors, or other individuals, firm or organization from any and all damages, injuries (including death), and/or claims which may be sustained by Participant(s) or its vehicle directly or indirectly resulting in whole, or part, from participation in the Pharr Scavenger Hunt, or the acts or omissions by any organization, firm, or individuals that may take place in connection with the Pharr Scavenger Hunt. This waiver shall be binding on my heirs, legatees, administrators, and assigns.
Furthermore, I hereby grant full permission to any and all of the forgoing to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recordings, or any other records of this event for any legitimate purpose.

I understand and acknowledge that the Pharr Scavenger Hunt is not a race and I and all participants will abide by all traffic laws and any other applicable laws.
PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE SCAVENGER HUNT DOES NOT REQUIRE SPEEDING. AND AGREES TO ABIDE BY ALL POSTED SPEED LIMITS AND OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS, HAVING BEEN SPECIFICALLY INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY THE ORGANIZERS.
