Read the information below to learn more about what the waitlist is, how it works, and how its different from registration.
- This is a short list of people who are interested in joining a specific class, or that have expressed interest in joining a class on a specific date and time.
- Registering for a course means your spot in the class is reserved and you will be expected to attend.
  
  Joining the waitlist happens when a class you want to join is either not available or is full, but you would be interested in signing up if a spot opens up or if a new class becomes available that matches your preferences.
- Our team reviews your information, then once a class opens up that matches your preferences for level, schedule, and cohort dates they will reach back out to you.
- No, being on the waitlist is not registration and does not guarantee a place in a class. When a class opens up with your preferences, our team will reach out to confirm availability to join a class and to add you to the registration list.

Program Eligibility & Attendance Requirements
The Pharr Connect Digital Literacy Program is available to Pharr residents aged 18 or older. To complete the program, participants must maintain at least 80% attendance. Make up classes may be offered as available and will be communicated by instructors.

Children
Due to limited space and to maintain a calm, quiet learning environment, chidlren are not allowed in the training space.

Receiving a Laptop
Laptops are provided to participants who successfully complete the Pharr Connect Digital Literacy Program courses, courtesy of Methodist Healthcare Ministries.

Completion of further levels and courses does not qualify participants to receive additional laptops.

Multiple participants of the same household (spouse, roommate, adult children, etc.) will not receive a laptop each. Only one laptop may be awarded per household.
